Come along with me on a journey of self discovery within your experiences of life, love, and loss. You have everything you need to heal and grow. I will help you find it! Grieving can be an overwhelming, confusing, and painful process, but you don't have to go through it alone. Growing With Grief is Jenny Baltazar's program designed to help you navigate the bereavement process with grace and understanding. Learn to walk with your grief and begin living with more peace, freedom, and joy. Fall-Winter Season Program Includes: 9 Group Sessions Throughout the 3 Months, no group sessions on holiday weeks 2 - 30-Minute Private Coaching Sessions Guidance around the holidays Private Facebook Group for Our Group to Share, Support, & Learn with each other Recordings of all the Groups Provided (so if you miss one, or simply want to re-listen, you can) *Bonus: In-Person Group Session for Local Residents (location TBD) Our time together will include: Guided Meditations Creating the Space to Heal Writing Prompts for Grief Integrative Mind-Body Techniques Gentle Movement for Everyone "Urgent Soul Care" for Grief Navigating the Holidays Discover your medicine for stepping into this next part of your journey... Cancellation Policy

Cancellation required at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. Appointments scheduled less than 24 hours prior will be charged a $75 fee.
