You probably know by now, 2019 was a heartbreaking year for me. I tried my best to navigate a new chapter of my life with my children. We went through a giant life transformations...new place to live, new home, new community, new schools, new friends and new work life. I sadly had to close my New Paltz healing arts practice (Botanica Massage & Wellness).
Moving forward, my intention is to continue the work of my healing arts practice in a virtual format. I completed my Integrative Health Coaching Certification to round out my expertise in mind, body, and spritual health. I am here to help you live your best life through life's crazy ups and downs.
